How do I know if I need brakes?
Squealing, grinding, a soft or pulsing pedal, or longer stopping distances are the common signs. Bring it in and we'll inspect the pads, rotors and fluid and tell you honestly what's worn.
My car pulls or rides rough - is that suspension?
Often, yes - worn struts, shocks or bushings. We diagnose the noise or pull instead of guessing and tell you honestly what's causing it before we touch a part.
How long does a brake job take?
Most are a same-day job when we have the parts on hand. We'll tell you up front what it takes and what it costs before we start - and if a part has to come in, we'll tell you that too instead of leaving you guessing.
